Our History
2003
Jason Kiernan has worked at the heart of Irish public communications for more than two decades. From managing press for parliamentary committees to shaping national branding and digital engagement strategies, his work has supported transparency, dialogue, and informed public debate.
2020
Founded in 2020, Farbill Communications was born out of a belief that clear, confident communication can shape change. Built on years of hands-on experience in government communications, Farbill Communications blends strategic insight with practical solutions — offering a trusted, personal service that delivers real impact.
2020 - 2023
As a former board member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and a long-standing media trainer to members of the Oireachtas, Jason has helped to raise the standard of public communications in Ireland. His background in internal communications, crisis planning, and stakeholder engagement brings valuable perspective to both public and private sector clients.

Farbill Communications is a dedicated communications firm founded by Jason Kiernan, a seasoned communications strategist with over 20 years' experience in the Irish public sector. Drawing on a career that spans digital communications, public relations, internal communications, media relations, and branding, Jason brings a deep understanding of how to connect with audiences and build trust through clear, compelling messaging.
Farbill Communications works with individuals, public bodies, and private sector organisations to design bespoke training and consultancy services. Our goal is to empower our clients to communicate with confidence and clarity — whether that's during a crisis, in the media spotlight, or across their digital channels.
Founder & Principal Consultant, Jason Kiernan MPRII, is a communications professional with extensive experience in senior roles at the Houses of the Oireachtas, including as Senior Digital Communications Manager. He has led high-profile social media campaigns, developed internal and corporate branding strategies, and provided hands-on media training to parliamentarians and staff.
Over 20 years of communications experience working in the private & public sector.
Jason is also a member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and holds qualifications in digital marketing, internal communications, and social media strategy. He has served on national boards, led award-winning teams, and is recognised for his practical, people-first approach to communications.
